In addition to counseling, I offer life coaching services to help individuals clarify and achieve goals, overcome obstacles, and create positive changes in their lives. With a focus on personal development and empowerment, I provide practical tools, accountability, and support to help clients achieve their fullest potential and live a life of purpose and fulfillment.

ADHD

Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) can present unique challenges. I offer practical strategies and support to help manage symptoms, improve focus, and enhance overall executive functioning. Together, we work towards fostering resilience and empowerment for navigating life with ADHD.

Identity Issues

Explore questions of identity, including sexuality, gender, and cultural identity. I offer a safe and affirming space for individuals to navigate identity issues, cultivate self-discovery, and embrace their authentic selves with confidence and pride.

Men face unique challenges related to societal expectations, gender roles, and mental health. As a man, I share this lived experience. I offer a safe and supportive space for men to explore these issues, cultivate emotional resilience, and embrace their authentic selves with confidence and strength.

Receive support in healing from trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). With a compassionate and trauma-informed approach, I help navigate the challenges of processing traumatic experiences, fostering healing, and reclaiming a sense of safety and empowerment.

For clients who are open to it, I integrate spirituality into holistic well-being. Drawing from personal experience and spiritual practices, I support exploration of existential questions, and deepening of spiritual connection, for greater meaning and fulfillment.

Complex Mental Health
