In addition to counseling, I offer life coaching services to help individuals clarify and achieve goals, overcome obstacles, and create positive changes in their lives. With a focus on personal development and empowerment, I provide practical tools, accountability, and support to help clients achieve their fullest potential and live a life of purpose and fulfillment.

Childhood Trauma

Childhood trauma can have lasting effects on individuals' well-being. In my counseling practice, I offer support and healing for those impacted by childhood trauma. Through a nurturing and empathetic approach, we explore past experiences, address emotional wounds, learn to regulate and lease emotional patterns in the nervous system and care for the wounded parts that live inside of us.


Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) can present unique challenges. In my counselling practice, I offer practical strategies and support to help individuals manage symptoms, improve focus, and enhance overall executive functioning. Together, we work towards fostering resilience and empowerment for navigating life with ADHD.

Identity Issues

Exploring questions of identity, including sexuality, gender, and cultural identity, can be complex. In my counseling practice, I offer a safe and affirming space for individuals to navigate identity issues, cultivate self-discovery, and embrace their authentic selves with confidence and pride.

Men may face unique challenges related to societal expectations, gender roles, and mental health. In my counseling practice, I offer a safe and supportive space for men to explore these issues, cultivate emotional resilience, and embrace their authentic selves with confidence and strength.

I specialize in providing support to individuals healing from trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). With a compassionate and trauma-informed approach, I help clients navigate the challenges of processing traumatic experiences, fostering healing, and reclaiming a sense of safety and empowerment.

Substance Use

I offer compassionate support to those grappling with substance use challenges. Together, we explore underlying factors contributing to substance use and develop personalized strategies for recovery and well-being. I often integrate IFS therapy to address "parts" associated with substance use behaviors, fostering understanding and healing underlying emotional wounds for lasting change

Drawing from personal experience and spiritual practices, I offer support for individuals seeking to explore existential questions, deepen their connection with spirituality, and integrate spiritual principles into their lives for greater meaning and fulfillment.

Complex Mental Health

I offer compassionate support to individuals with complex mental health concerns, including mood and thinking disorders, impulse control issues and complex attachment issues.
