Couples Counselling: In both 60, 75 and 90-minute sessions, I prioritize creating a nurturing space where partners can openly express their feelings and challenges. Drawing from the philosophy and experiential style of Dr. Sue Johnson's Emotion Focused Therapy, as well as extensive training with relationship experts Catherine and Duane O'Kane, my approach to couples counseling is deeply informed. This background enables me to assist partners in building stronger connections and resolving conflicts effectively. I delve into each partner's individual experiences and their impact on the relationship, focusing on enhancing communication, deepening emotional intimacy, and fostering a stronger, more harmonious relationship for you and your partner.

Family and Group Counselling: In both 75-90 minute sessions, I provide a unique opportunity for families or groups to come together in a supportive environment. Utilizing insights from my comprehensive training, I guide participants through discussions and shared experiences to enhance communication, resolve tensions, and strengthen bonds within the group or family unit.
